Standards of Trust

  • Mission & Purpose-Driven

Our mission is to provide life-sustaining resources, services, and support to assist homeless seniors on their path to housing and supportive services to help prevent seniors entering homelessness.

Recognizing that not all seniors will return to housing due to circumstances beyond their control, the Center will continue to serve, support, and be the trusted resource for those individuals as long as needed.

All programs, fundraising, partnerships, and activities are in support of the mission.

  • Responsive Governance

Justa Center is governed by an independent board of not less than three individuals who meet at least three times annually to establish policy and review its accomplishments.

The Board is responsible for ensuring all conformity with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Financial Oversight & Transparency

Justa Center prepares complete and accurate financial statements. The board reviews and approves incremental financial reports, annual financial statements, and audits/reviews.
